Our technical engineers have acquired their training in conjunction with a number of leading manufacturers and operating systems and are accredited with the following:

System Build and Pre-Configuration
We offer a flexible pre configuration, build or image service for Servers, Routers, Desktops and Laptops.
Build to a client's exact requirements using the latest imaging techniques to help speed up the roll-out process.
 
Installation
Our engineers install servers, networking equipment and systems.
 
In consultation with our clients, we can arrange for the installation of key network equipment to be done outside the normal hours of business.
 
A plan for the installation will then take place in which we will:

• Ask the client to appoint a Project Manager as a main point of contact for the installation
• Survey the client's installation site
• Audit all related equipment
• Report on recommendations for the replacement of out-of-date products; supply quotations for acquiring new products; and details on upgrading existing equipment.
• Schedule a date(s) for the installation work to be carried-out
• Monitor the installed devices during their initial use, during business hours, to ensure correct configuration and performance.
• Make a final report to the client on the completed installation and obtain client's satisfactory “sign off”.

At every stage of the installation we will keep the client (or their representative) informed of the current progress of the installation an make recommendations for changes to the original installation plan if necessary.
