Support
Strawberry provides its client with support on a month - month basis and (following a technical site survey) we assess the client's support needs based on the number of users, office sites and levels of technical knowledge required.
An assessment of the amount of support time a client requires is made and allocated to the clients account. Support usage is then re-assessed every three months to ensure accuracy.
Any unused support time can be rolled-over to the following month (within a three month period) Support time used in excess of the time allocated will be charged additionally.
The cost of support and the network monitoring are charged on a monthly basis making the services affordable to businesses of all sizes.
