Strawberry's managed service offering encapsulates two market elading products which combine to form our Remote Monitoring and Management solution (RMM):
Labtech (network monitoring software) and ConnectWise (service desk & call logging software).
Network Monitoring
Installing a small software application on a client's network enable us to monitor the functionality of their network devices and overall network. Hence our RMM system can be configured to:
- Remotely access every PC or server on the client network
- Email or SMS alter notifications
- 24/7/365 monitoring of the client's network
- Secure client access to network information via a web browser
- In-depth management reporting tools
Service Desk
Strawberry's network monitoring tool links directly into the service desk (ConnectWise). When an alert is generated by the monitoring tool a support request is automatically raised and details noted within the service desk system.
Additionally, the service desk also has an email connector allowing end-users to raise a support request via email automatically creating a support request (ticket) on the service desk system. End users also have the option of obtaining a user name & password enabling them to access the service desk via a web browser to monitor the status of outstanding calls.
