Storage Impact Analysis
Architecture Analysis enables organisations to discover current issues and constraints within their IT environments. The engagement provides an enhanced understanding of their existing environment, not only in terms of technology and its utilisation but also in terms of the organisation and processes that are used to support it.
The service will focus on:
- Identifying inefficiencies within the data centre infrastructure
- Identifying opportunities to consolidate and simplify the IT environment in terms of People, Process and Technology
- Identifying current levels of IT service maturity and comparing the current state with best practice
- Technology areas such as identifying reclaimable storage, configuration issues and areas of operational risk
- The deliverables include a remediation plan, detailing potential projects to drive improved efficiency and cost saving across the infrastructure
The duration of the project will be approximately 15 - 20 days (elapsed) based on the number of technology studies included
