The Financial Times

The Financial Times has an average daily read of 2.1 million people worldwide and has a global print circulation of 381,658. They have a further 3.4 million registered users and 224,000 digital subscribers, making them one of the world`s leading Financial Journals in both printed and electronic format.

To help deliver and print their journal around the world they run a print/page management software application at their various locations around the world. The back end of this solution requires their HP servers and switching to be pre-staged and built into HP racks then distributed globally. Extensive testing and quality control was applied to ensure the highest standards were maintained throughout the build process. SGT worked alongside the print application company to create a build manual and now are the preferred provider for pre staging these solutions.

The racks were then stored in our warehouse and each rack was shipped at staggered times to various locations around the world to locations in Asia, North America, South America, Oceania and Europe. The goods were tracked using our delivery tracking system so the customer could check whereabouts of all racks in transits. All of the racks arrived on time and The Financial Times described the build quality and cabling work as the best they had seen from a services partner.
