A UK based sports retailer with multiple offices throughout the UK required their support outsourced to cut costs and improve overall efficiency of systems. The company has a major challenge with their support because they had 4 different support companies for their EPOS system, Avaya phone system, Exchange Servers and Application Servers.

 

Strawberry took over all the support as one single point of contact within their helpdesk. Although we could directly support the break fix contract of the EPOS our helpdesk took over managing the calls so all the remote offices had one phone number for the support. As part of the service they leant on our hardware and solution providing experience took get some consultancy and how to improve their overall IT infrastructure. As a result with the improvements we made the actual support hours they used went down due the improved efficiency of the whole infrastructure.
