A global manufacturer of healthcare instruments and products required a complete refresh of their European Network Infrastructure.  The US based company required some technical assistance for upgrading all their Cisco core switches and routes in France, Germany and the UK. Instead of having to send over their team from the US they partnered with Strawberry who provided all the hardware and installed all the kit. After all the kit was installed and tested we registered all the Smartnet services and also added some additional monitoring services with use of our preferred monitoring companies helpdesk team in Berlin.

They have subsequently asked us to do network upgrades in Ireland, Italy and Switzerland. The monitoring service allowed them to save money on directly employing network engineers in their smaller European sites.
